CURRENT SENIORS (CLASS OF 2025) FILL OUT THIS FORM TO SEND YOUR TRANSCRIPT TO A COLLEGE:
Class of 2025 Transcript Request


REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT
(only for students who have already graduated)

NOTE: There is no fee for transcripts requested directly from Tech High School.

  • Fax requests for transcripts being sent to a college must have a written request before processing.
  • Transcript requests require one day or up to two weeks to process. To request a copy of a transcript, download the request form and do the following.

Please include the following:

  1. First and last name that you graduated under
  2. Your date of birth
  3. The year you graduated
  4. The place and address where you want the transcript sent
  5. Please include a phone number in case we need to contact you
  6. Include any special instructions
  7. Please sign and date the request

Huskies in the High School/College-in-the-Schools (HHS/CIS) and/or PSEO Transcript Requests

If you have taken a Huskies in the High School/CIS and/or PSEO class, you have an official transcript from SCSU and/or SCTCC. To have the credits transferred to your college, you must send your official college transcripts. Students can Order SCSU Transcripts  and Order SCTCC Transcripts by logging into E-Services using their StarID and password.
