Meet the Principal
Molly Kensy, Principal
Kensy is thrilled to be leading Tech High School. She's been a part of our District for five years, and the amazing Tech community for the past four years.
Here's a bit about her background:
Bachelor's degree in elementary education and a master's degree in educational administration and leadership, all from St. Cloud State University.
K-12 Principal and Superintendent licenses.

There's nothing more important to Kensy than the well-being and success of all students and staff. That's why she's so excited to continue building strong relationships within the Tech community – especially with Tech students and families. Working together can ensure everyone gets the most out of their high school experience!

A little about Kensy outside of school:
When she's not at Tech, she loves spending time with her active family, cozying up for a bonfire, cooking, or reading a good book.

Jermika Craft, Assistant Principal
Jermika Craft is a new Assistant Principal at Tech High School. She joins the team from Minneapolis Public schools and has a deep passion for seeing youth excel and accomplish the impossible.
Craft’s academic journey includes a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Metropolitan State University, a master’s degree in community education from Minnesota State University- Mankato and her K-12 Administration and Leadership certificate from Minnesota State University- Mankato. Although her college education began in corrections, she discovered a greater calling in building relationships and supporting students before they faced a challenging time in their lives. This shift in focus has led to a fulfilling career in education, where she has accumulated over 12 years of experience.
On a personal note, Craft and her husband are proud parents of two remarkable children. Their daughter is beginning her journey in college studying in medicine while playing D1 basketball and their son will begin kindergarten this fall. Craft enjoys family gatherings, grilling, traveling and family game nights.
She looks forward to working with the Tech community and is excited about the new learning that will take place.
Abdirashid Saney, Assistant Principal
Abdirashid Saney is an assistant principal at Tech High School. He earned his bachelor of science in elementary education from the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities), a master’s degree in education, and a K-12 school counseling license from the University of Wisconsin (River-Falls). Later on, Saney earned his K-12 principal license from the University of Minnesota (Twin Cities). Saney is grateful to be a part of the Tech team for his 2nd year.
Before joining the Tech team, Saney was an administrative dean at Eden Prairie High School for two years. He also served as the school counselor at Higher Ground Academy, a charter school in St. Paul for seven years.
As an educator, he is passionate about creating a positive school climate where students have fun learning and growing. He strongly believes that “It takes a village to raise a child” and is committed to partnering with school community members, families, and local community partners to support each child to connect to the resources they need to succeed.
When he is not at school, Saney enjoys spending time in nature, walking and exploring with his wife, two young sons, and twin girls. So far, his favorite places in St. Cloud are Clemens Gardens and Quarry Park. He started exploring disc golf as a new hobby this year.
Caroline Linden, Assistant Principal
Caroline Linden is new to St. Cloud Area School District and is excited to join the administrative team as an assistant principal at Tech High School. She holds an undergraduate degree from Concordia College (Moorhead, MN) in elementary education, a master’s degree in educational leadership from Southwest Minnesota State and an education specialist degree from the University of St. Thomas. Her licenses include K-12 Principal and Superintendent. She also holds certifications as an intermediate literacy coordinator from Ohio State University and an advanced cognitive coach certification from Thinking Collaborative.
Linden is a career educator who is passionate about connecting with all stakeholders in a school community to ensure individual student success. She has worked with students, staff and families in several districts and, most recently, worked as an administrative dean for Edina Public Schools at Countryside Elementary, which earned a National Blue Ribbon designation in 2023. She has district-level leadership experience with K-12 curriculum, instruction and assessment in multiple content areas. In addition, she has many years of teaching experience at both the elementary and high school level.
Linden has three children who are young adults and she enjoys reading, cooking and walking outside.
